Lemon Law California Class Action Lawsuit Filed against Ford Motor Company!!!
I received a letter from Knight Law Group in Los Angeles Ca. I have attached the letter. I have a 2014 3.5L eco boost Lariat. I haven't called them yet. What do the people here that know about these matters think. My truck always stalled a little bit when i hit the gas pedal since day one.
The letter says the biggest concern is a defective Electronic Throttle Body control system that results in a problem known as Sudden Unintended Deceleration.
I have uploaded the letter with all facts.
Anybody from Ford is welcomed to chime in on this letter.

Hmmm, sounds like I have this issue too. I am a short term owner of a used 3.5L EB with 40k miles. Just had my first road trips with it.
Tried to pass a car while I was traveling at 50, basically floored it and it went up to 55, nearly redlined in whatever gear it was in and just hit the rev limiter and didn't want to upshift. Lost acceleration and wasn't able to make the pass...it was weird and a little dangerous.
Next I was on a nice incline going about 30 mph and wanted to gas it under that load, well it went to 4K RPMs and bounced back and fourth up there fofba good 5 seconds. I slowed down and tried to replicate that issue again right away but wasn't able to.
Now I'm on the forums lol

It is unfortunate that they have made vehicles too cluttered with a bunch of junk sensors and throttle by wire is a joke . Cars and trucks are less dependable now than 10 years ago
If I could do it I would like my truck with a summit fuel injected crate motor with limited computer controls
