Default 4.6 to 5.0 coyote swap in '09 F150

I've been looking, but haven't been able to find much in the way of anyone who has done this swap in a newer F150. I know the engine mounts are supposed to be the same and figured the ECU, exhaust, radiator hoses, etc would need to be replaced. Anyone have any info on this swap?

I think you would have to find a complete wrecked donor pickup.

but it could be done.

I've been weighing the risk of running a low mileage motor out of a wrecked truck vs spending a bit more for a new motor.
