2018 f150 5.0 has a knocking/ rattling noise coming from under the truck/hood. Bought new in May and it started knocking around September. Only does it while driving and under a load. Around 1500-2000 rpms. It will not do it at idle or running the rpms up while in park. Took it to the dealer a few weeks ago and they said it’s the fuel pump and that all the new ones on the lot do it too. I just have a hard time believing it’s the fuel pump. Can hear it over the a/c and radio. Seems to do it most in 4th and 8th gear. I have a video from in the cab that you can easily hear the noise, I just don’t know how to post it yet. Anyone have any idea what this may be before I go back to the dealer? Thanks

Been to two different dealers twice now. First one said software update would fix. Didn’t make any difference. Took to original dealer this week. Service manager rode with me and heard it. Thought it may of been the vacuum pump for the 4wd, but then decided it wasn’t when it still did it in 4wd. They didn’t even keep the truck to look at until they some sort of part in to try. Sounds like they are gonna throw parts at it. I have another video of it from under the hood that you can hear it much better.
