I live in Denver, i'll be happy to test my eco vs your 5.0 pulling 8500 pounds up and over the divide. Going from mile high in denver to almost 2 miles high over the divide.....won't even be a contest. I'll be parked at top and finished lunch by the time you make it up. I'm in 6th gear cruise all the way up, never even shifts until you go DOWNHILL

Yea...But can you do it while rubbing your belly, patting your head & driving w/ your knees?

Who said the 5.0l would out tow the Eco, especially at high altitudes ? This is the kind of BS troll posting that does nothing but start sh1+.

There is a logical reason why the 3.5 Ecoboost is a option and the 5.0 is standard. Because the Ecoboost is a better platform!

Standard in some. As for being "better" it would depend on what your needs are. If I we're towing heavy loads or lived up above the clouds I would have gotten an Eco but for my needs the 5.0l was the better choice.

Truth be told the only advantage the 5.0 has over the Eco is a sweet exhaust note....
