Default 2005 F150 @nd owner 120k - What type of Oil

I have a 2nd owner 2005 F150 4x4 5.4 triton and its ready for it's first oil change....

What should I go with????

I live in Texas, 95 to 100 degrees daily and about 70miles driven mostly hwy miles - a lot of idling for long peroids of time ( 15 to 20 mins )

I only run Mobile 1 but what wt...

Feel Free to add another WT

Motorcraft synthetic blend 5w 20 is the only way to go

I have a 2002 screw with 105,432 miles on it and I use Mobile 1 high mileage 5W30 and I pull a travel trailer that weigh's 5400 lbs ! have had no problems with the 150 screw 5.4 in Florida and it gets hot here too today like 97 in the shade!
