Hey Y'all,

The girl friend borrows my F150 and brings it back squirting green. I found two broken plastic pieces (1/4") under the coolant crossover and had to remove the intake manifold to find it. Now I need a new one and can't seem to find one online or local (Napa, etc.) Dorman is the typical manufacturer from those who say they can get it.

Specs: 2001, F150 SuperCrew, Fuel injected 5.4 L V-8, Vin - L.

Perhaps someone saved their stock manifold from a rebuild/upgrade.

I saw this one previously and checked into it.

Note on the listing:
"5.4L F150 PICKUP 2000-01 EXC. S.C."

excluding SuperCrew. It doesn't make any sense to me. But that is what was stated.

Are you sure the S.C. is SuperCrew or SuperCab, maybe it's Super Charger. I would send them a email and ask what the S.C means.

The SC is for Super Charger Means it wont work on a Lightning!

So, what has happened about the manifold?

Special ordered through NAPA Auto Parts, came in Friday night, assembed , cleaned, assembled, cleaned, and sometimes reassembled, but just finished this evening (alot of distractions). No leaks, runs good. i think I hear a vibration in one of the injectors.
