F250 6.2 L or 6.7 diesel
I am considering purchasing a F250 2017 with a 6.2 engine or possibly a 6.7 diesel. I tow a 5th wheel at about 12,000 lbs. gross. Most of my mileage is not towing the trailer. I know the 6.7 would be better to tow with and would get better mileage normal driving. I have two question. 1. Considering the extra cost of the diesel, would I better of with the 6.2 gas engine? 2. Can anyone answer the question of the average MPG of the 6.2?

I think the severe cost of care and feeding a 6.7 may swing your decision right over to the gasser. You can buy a LOT of 87 for that price difference, plus initial price difference. Not worth it if you're not working it.
