School Me about spark plugs

I own a 2010 F-150 with the 5.4L. I have a cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, short tube headers, throttle body spacer, accel coils, and a SCT X4 tuner. My question is I see there are ford racing spark plugs but they run 2 heat ranges cooler than stock spark plugs. What is the difference? What would happen if I used them? And Pros and Cons with using them. I do know they are for higher combustion pressure engines.

Thanks all for your input.

Electrostatic discharge is 4kv. Most stock ignition systems produce @ 30kv. Stock or OEM equivalent is best. The only spark plugs that make more hp are new ones, replacing worn out ones. The only mods you listed that made sense were the headers. The computer will compensate for mild changes. Should have saved the tuning for after the cam swap. That will make more power.

Btw all vehicles since the 90's come stock with cold air intakes. Even some earlier models.
