Exclamation Misfire and Rough Idle

I am having issues with misfires and rough running/stalling on my 2005 F150 5.4L. I replaced the spark plugs and coils but was still getting misfire codes and rough running. Because of this I changed the fuel injectors and now the truck is running worse than before. No power and the engine is shaking in idle. Any thought and comments would be great

Could be whatever is wrong is just getting worse and the injectors are fine.
What misfire codes are you getting?
Do you get the same cylinders every time?
If you're getting different cylinders each time you may just have a vacuum leak.
