Fuel trim issues - datalog attached
Hi everyone,
I posted this in 04-08 but figured someone here might see it and be able to help.
Thanks to everyone here for all the answers over the years. I am having an issue with my 2004 F150 5.4 3V related to fuel system and I need some help dissecting a datalog from earlier today (attached, use LiveLink from SCT to view).
Im mainly observing the LT/ST fuel trim and I've noticed that bank 2 seems to be more erratic than bank 1, on long & short FT. I have checked for vacuum leaks but have not had luck on that path. I have gotten p1074 but it has come and gone a few times.
Some background on the truck:
2004 F-150 FX4 Supercab
5.4L 3V from Powersource engine installed about 10k miles ago (18 months, truck sits alot)
SCT tuner added with new engine - tuned by 5star, running 89 perf/tow with 93 octane from engine install (have also run 93 perf/tow but things get a little rough)
new intake manifold (motorcraft)
new plugs (motorcraft)
reman fuel injectors - is this my screwup??
new coil packs (accel - I've heard these are junk, thoughts?)
new exhaust manifolds
existing CAI (Volant)
new exhaust - 2.5 from manifold, one cat per side, 1 flow50 per side, 2.5" manifold to turndowns
fuel filter at engine swap
new o2 sensors (all 4) *** Note, because I changed up the exhaust and removed pre-cats, 5star tuning made some adjustments to fuel delivery. I cannot remember specifics though. ***
