Default 5.4 with 130k miles cylinder problems

Hello all, I hope someone on here can help. I have a 2000 f150 with 130k miles. About a week ago I threw a CEL and of course went to autozone for a free check. Truck showed error P0353 which is cylinder 3 ignition coil problem. Since I had to change 1 out I figured why not do all of them and plugs too. Truck drove perfect for a week.
This morning went out and started it up. Almost complete loss of power, chugging idle for about 3 minutes. After a little warmup, the truck is running well again but threw another CEL. This time it's codes: P0352, P0353 and P0356. Problem with cylinders 2,3 and 6.

Now did I replace 1 bad pack with 3 or could there be something else going on? I talked to a ford service manager here and he said it could be intake manifold gasket crack and allowing some condensation in causing the rough engine until it warms up. I don't have any white smoke, loss of fluids or overheating like a head gasket would cause.

Any more information needed just ask.
Any help would be appreciated before spending buckets of money fixing things that don't need it

I'll try switching them out. I hate when trying to fix 1 code leads to 3 codes haha

I used with the plug and boot. I was unaware if there's anywhere else. I have noticed the truck idles at a lower rpm than before, but other than that I don't notice any differences once the truck warms up

So haven't switched out plugs yet. Getting ready to do that now. Brought out the meter and the COPs are all reading around 1.7 ohms, 12 volts at the connectors. So I'm guessing it is plugs or injectors. Hoping plugs
