Default Engine noise

I've recently noticed a metal scraping sound when I fist start the truck and at low speeds. I've done some research and I think it might be the issue described in TSB 14-0156. I'm kind of unsure what to do I'm over warranty and I don't really have the time to do the work myself. The sound comes and goes. Anyone have an idea on how much it would cost without a warranty? Hate to say it but I found myself at a Chevy dealer today :-/. Trucks a 2011 screw 5.0 build date of 2/11 58k well maintained miles.

Better check timing components and remove oil pan and check for a blocked oil pick-up tube.
