4.6L 2V Misfire With No Code PLZ HELP
Hello and thank you for reading this post.
Last month i bout a 2002 f150 stepside for a good deal. Well turns out im getting the brunt end of that deal. Ever since i bought the truck i have noticed a slight shuddering under light acceleration between 1400 and 2000 rpm. After a lot of research i decided to doing the plugs so i went a bought a set of motor craft plugs to go in it. After tonight i replaced all the plugs and to no avail the misfire seems to have gotten worse. Now when i put the throttle down it has no power whatsoever. i have a inline coil tester and all coils are showing spark and steady light blinking.
Can anyone please shed some light on this issue and if i need to go ahed and spend the money on a new set of plugs?

Looks like you're kind of new to tuning up and diagnosing engine problems. You might try cleaning the MAF, and checking the air filter. Both very easy to do and can't hurt. These newer engines will typically run well for 50,000 to 100,000 miles with just basic minor cleaning, and replacing, of certain simple parts.

Get yourself a scan tool that has live data capability. This will allow you to see live data of what the engine is actually doing. Based on what you said, if plugs and coils test good, you may have other issues MAF, o2 sensors, dirty or clogged fuel filter. Ect... but get the data and that will give a lot of useful information.
