Hi F-150 Community

I hope you all had a good start in the new year! :-)

One simple Question: Is the Motorcraft Full-Synthetic 5w30 Oil (Part No: XO5W30QFS) okay or should I use castrol or mobil 1? I will use it for an oil change.

My Truck is a 1997 F-150 4.6 2v (I think it's a 2v)
