Hi this is my first manual truck, the trans got stuck in 3rd gear, do I need to totally remove the trans to remove the shifter assembly or will the thans drop down enough so I can remove the shifter assembly off the top of the trans so I can see what happed like if 2 shift forks moved simultaneously.
