Rebuilding 4.2: Is it worth installing a cam?
If having a fast truck was important to me, I guess I would have bought one with a V8. But I'm rebuilding the 4.2 in my 2000 4x4. I already have the engine out, and in the spirit of "as long as I'm in there..." I'm wondering if there's any point to installing a slightly larger cam. If so, anyone have any recommendations?
