No Spark on cylinders 3 and 4
2008 f150 4.2L xl 2wd 180,000
The truck is not getting spark on cylinders 3 and 4. I have checked the signal wire going to those two cylinders and when attached to the positive side of the battery when cranking the test light continuously flashes. I have tried 3 different BRAND NEW coils ( 2 motor-craft & 1 off brand) none make a difference.. any help??

Just a couple thoughts, check for possible corrosion on the contacts inside the plug where the coils connect.
Trace and inspect the wires for breaks or cracks that could allow shorting of the signal voltage.
I hope it's something little and cheap, good luck.
