Doing a motor swap at work on a 1997 f150 manual trans. Figured I would share with y'all. Replacement motor is an automatic, few differences I found- replacement motor had different style knock sensor with bolt going through it. Fuel injector plugs were different so I swapped fuel rails, less vacuum lines on replacement engine.
It was kind of a bear to separate trans to engine but after jacking and lowering and jacking some wiggles with a pry bar it opened up.
