I've done everything I could, that I've read. I replaced lower intake gaskets, upper intake, isolator bolts, spark plugs (motor craft), wires, coil pack, (switched them around to make sure it stays on 4). I've checked compression in the cylinder, in the green... I'm going to check fuel pressure, injector today, along with a possibly stuck valve. After this I'm out of ideas, I would like suggestions on what I should look for... or if I'm missing something easy.

Tested the ohms in the injector, #4 only showed .3 when it should be 11-18ohms, changed it out runs perfect!
