Default Stuck Lifter

Anyone have any recommendations on a shop to take my 2016 F150 XLT to to have the lifters replaced?

I'm in Southern California and need someplace I could drop it off on a friday or saturday to have it worked on. I work out of town, so it's a pain for me to get it anywhere during the week. South County would be even better, but anywhere in Orange county can work.

I really don't want to go to a dealer due to how expensive they always are and I just don't trust them due to so many bad experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Why wouldn't you take it in for a warranty claim?

Yeah this truck engine probably has the equilivant of 150,000 miles on it.

92,051 miles
2374 engine hours
570 idle hours

found another shop up here that thinks it's a timing chain issue. They have the tools to look at it so Guess we will see what it is.

Nevermind, dumb question. I'm wondering if there's a theme in the 3.5's... There's a guy in a different thread saying his is making noise on a 2017 with 1300 miles.

interesting. Could be. Plastic timing chain tensioners aren't gonna last, and could have defects pretty easyily.
