Default Oil on PCV vacuum line

So for the past few months, I have noticed some oil, like substance, around the pcv valve. I’m getting that substance on the top of the pcv vacuum line. I have replaced the vacuum line and the pcv valve. I currently have a tuner on it. The truck is running great and throwing no codes. Every once in awhile I’ll get a small burning smell from the substance hitting the block. There are no other leaks. My oil looks good and is at the right level. I just returned the truck to the stock tune to see if that helps.
