It's been over a week. Your frustration is misguided. My last post, about taking and posting measurements, was very helpful, if you could see through the haze. Overall though, the tone of your posts shows why your truck is still in the shop.

Seriously, don't focus on the people making the posts, focus on the good advice in their posts. Then you might make some progress.

From the outside looking in, it would appear either Dorman has faulty info. or they sent you a mis-labeled shaft.
