The one's at this dealer are full warranty, I know two guys that bought f250's 6.7's, one was a Limited $80k!!! CRAZY!! I personally would never spend that kind of money on any vehicle but to each his own.

Personally I think the F150 Ecoboost is one hell of a set up. Coming from a Titan for 10years. Issues on my 14 came on from an accident last April, but some tinkering and mods have brought her around to where she was before said red light runner. The truck pulls a 8k TT like a..."Rapped Ape."(as my pops would say-lol)
I've had some overheating issues, but again I'm getting a handle on that.
Would I sell the truck> Hell No
Would I buy another > Hell yeah!

I'm on my second EB and have no regrets at all. Had a 2013 King Ranch EB for two years and 25k miles and NO issues at all, never a warranty ticket written on it. When the '15's came out I fell in love with the new look and had to have it Bought the exact same truck, color and all and never considered the V-8. I've owned over 40 new Fords in my life (mostly V-8's) but this little V-6 still amazes me when I pull my 22ft boat to the lake. Every time I load the boat at the ramp and listen to the turbo whistle pulling up a steep ramp I grin like a teenager . It's especially cool when you see other people hear it and turn to look haha. It the truck perfect? Of course not, but when I compare it to the 2005 5.4 pig I had before it's pretty darn good.

That V10, while a good motor, was a dog. 9MPG loaded or empty, didn't matter.
Your a bit off, did not fix or replace anything on my 12.
They blocked the lower part of the intercooler and detuned the pos an made it worse less power an mpg.
I'm getting 12 to 13 now same as the rough running spiting sputtering eco, and can merge or pull out in traffic in confidence.

So, after a few months of the post, just curious if you did or did not buy one? And how do you like it if you did?

so drill a 1/16" weep hole in the bottom of your intercooler and call it a day

I drove down to Richmond for the race yesterday. Was in some heavy rain with stop & go traffic. Went to pass some cars and my truck sucked in water from the intercooler. Not a pleasant experience. I've had the intercooler work done to it a while back. Now with 40k miles on the truck it decided to act up. I will never own one of these again.

I'm on my third 3.5 eco. An '11 MKT (sold), an '11 F150(sold), and now a '14 F150. No problems on the Lincoln (85k), some early condensation problems on the F150 (85k), all fixed by Ford. My '14 (18k) is great. Don't know how others feel, but I love running 213 cu. inches of sweet torque. My screw has a 6 inch lift, 35" Toyos, 4.11 gears and weighs > 6,000 lbs empty. I get 17.5 hwy and 16 overall. It pulls like a diesel, and is quiet. I've owned over 40 vehicles, never drove Fords, and wouldn't buy any other truck now. I replaced the Lincoln with an Audi SQ5, APR tuned, 449/388, and the low end torque of a 3.5 eco is still a more satisfying on a daily basis.

For the guys that still have condensation problems, pull off all the intercooler shields, drill a weephole, and get the newest Ford tune. I did that to my "11, right before I sold it, and got back all of the performance that it had before all the "fixes".

bought my 2014 fx4 supercrew with the ecoboost 10 months ago. We love it. We go everywhere with it. have 44000km on it already. absolutly trouble free and get between 9.5 and 11L/100km depending on weather conditions. Pulls my 32ft travel trailer weighing 10500lbs like a champ. i started using it for work all the time because my 5.0 in my work truck feels like a dog after driving the ecoboost.
