My 2013 EB is only a few weeks old. Does this loss of power only happen when towing? Thanks

It has happened twice while under accelerating to pass, was not towing anything.

It should pull great at all times I had that problem show up at 71,000 miles. it pulled no codes. the dealer look at everything on the conputor, they finally change the sparkplugs and that worked she's back to a hard pulling hotrod. others that have the same problem have found the same fix has worked for them. no one knows why for sure. because the computor doesn't show any bad plug codes.
