Need advice on my suspension

I am hoping someone here that installs lift kits or has a lot of knowledge with them can help me out.I have read almost every post written about lifts on here and my brain hurts from information overload.
I have owned 3 trucks in the past that I had lifted at off road shops. I would go in tell them what i wanted(6in suspension lift etc.) Pay them, leave and come back a week later and pick up my rig and be a happy camper. Never put anymore thought into it.
So my issue is.. I bought a 2013 xlt supercab from a dealership last year. It was already lifted with the current wheels and tires. The dealership had no information about the lift and tires. I have no idea what size lift or what type of lift. (Suspension, coilover, level kit, body?) I'm going to try and add some pictures if it will let me. I have 20in XDS series wheels and 35x12.50 r20 all country ironman MT tires. No issues with rubbing. The top of my fender from the ground is 45 inches. There is 4in blocks between the rear axle and the leaf springs.
The reason I want to know is because I want to go from the 35's to 37's and don't think the current set-up will accomadate them. It would be awesome if they did but until I know what I have I won't know..
Thank you in advance to anyone that can steer me in the right direction.

Add the 37's... Trim to fit

Post pictures of the cross-members. If it has a complete lift on it, they'll generally have the company's name-the front one especially.
4wd's come with 1.5" blocks, so if you have 4" blocks, you've got 2.5" of lift in the rear.
Obviously those are stock struts up front, with what looks like 4" strut spacers.
The blocks and spacers combined make it seem like you have a 4" lift.
But the amount of space between your fenders and tires looks like a 6" lift, if those are 35's
Lets see what the cross member says/looks like

Thanks for input. Went to a shop today to see about some 37's. The suspension guy there said it was a 6" pro comp suspension lift. I'm getting some new tires on Friday!!!!!!
