1995 F150 4wd radius arm replacement

Looking at a Ford F150 stepside 4wd that has a broken radius arm on the passenger side. How hard are these to get, and how hard to replace?

You can buy aftermarket ones I'm pretty sure.
They're kind of hard to replace, depending on how rusty the bolts are and how determined you are.

Edit - actually, replacing is not too hard; removing is a bear.
