Default 94 f150 xlt will not start please help

I bought a 94 f150. I am totally baffled as it will not start and none that I talk to can figure out a reason. I changed to a new ignition module ... Put in a new distributor and distributor cap and rotor button... New coil.. New starter solenoid.. New alternator.. New ecm computer.. New spark plugs... New battery.. New mass air flow sensor.. Fuel psi gets about 38. Factory says it should be 30 to 45. Still will not start. It is getting spark. It is getting fuel. Will not start. It did start once after I installed the new ecm computer. I drove it. Ran strong. Idled strong.. I switched it off a few times and it started back up right away with no trouble. Parked it at Walmart and went in to shop and when I came back out it would not start. Had to pull it home. Now cannot get it to start again. It just cranks over and over. What in the hell could it be? I checked all of the fuses and none are blown. I have changed out everything that I can think of. I really need to get it going.

Did the new distributor include a new PIP module? Most do, just checking. Was the distributor, cap, rotor, coil replaced before or after the ECM and the subsequent successful run?

Do you have a way to pull the codes to see whether the computer has anything flagged?

Tough to troubleshoot this without being there - but perhaps a quick-n-easy test is to shoot a snort of starting fluid in the intake to see whether it fires - divide and conquer towards either a fuel or spark problem. Would think that if it is cranked and cranked, a timing or plug wire crossed issue would show up as bucking, lurching, and backfiring as the cylinders load up with fuel.

Do you consistently hear the fuel pump when you roll the key to On?
What kind of spark are you seeing - weak orange or strong blue, etc.?

Apologies for not being more help, trying to gather additional information towards narrowing any typical suspects before diving off into unusual stuff like failed ignition switches and weak/ungrounded grounds, etc..

Well, if it is getting spark for sure, and if it ran good for a bit I'd guess the timing is at least ok, only thing left is fuel. Either the injectors aren't opening (tps? possibly) or the gas is no good; which happens more often than you'd think, especially with a truck you don't know the history on.
Shoot a 3 second burst of starting fluid directly into the throttle body with the plates wide open.
Then turn the key and see if it fires for a second or two. If it does you have a fuel quality or fuel supply issue.
If it doesn't - back to spark or timing.

Having a similar issue. I have a 1994 f150xlt 5.8L V8 automatic half ton. I went to start it one morning and got only a single loud thunk from my starter. Replaced the starter, replaced the solenoid behind the battery. Battery was tested at napa store and it came back as good. Still only get the single thunk.

Two thoughts -
1) Engine seized?
2) Bad starter - Bendix engaging to flywheel (the 'thunk'), motor not energizing/failed?
