I bought a 6" lift kit but decided I want to do a 4" lift instead. Ill be using the same blocks for the rear so the rear shocks won't matter. the only thing ill be doing differently is ill be getting 4" lift springs for the front. Will the 6" shocks be fine up front?

Well I have no idea from that ad what brand shocks those are, but generally it shouldn't be a problem. Your shocks just won't reach the limit at full extension. Again though that's a generalization without knowing the shock and spring specs
