Default when i start out going it jerks and hoops
1991 ford f150 lariat 4x4 4.9 300 it just sputter's jerks and hoops

I would start out with new plugs, wires, cap and fuel filter. Sounds like you need a tune-up

Many things could be causing this. The more info you provide, the better chance you'll get useful suggestions. Your title says, "when i start out going..." So, does it start and idle normally? Also, what does "hoops" mean?
