They'll fit, but that tire size is not approved for an 8" wide wheel. Almost all 35x12.5" tires call for 9-11" wide wheels. It stresses the steel belts in the tire in the same way that putting 12" or 14" wide wheels does. So you can call her a "****," but she's right and her company probably won't mount that tire on that wheel because the tire manufacturer says it's not safe.

I called her a **** because she's a **** lol not bc of the info she gave me... My buddy told me he had a run in or two or three with her lol but that's why I asked because I thought I was right but wasn't sure. It makes sense bc I've seen online where it says what's recommended... Idk what I should do I guess I should just wait til I can buy bigger rims idk.

Ohhhhh C'mon, your buddy obviously had a good time with her if he kept going back for more! Now that I've made my pitch to defend what she said, I personally see no problem with running those tires on those wheels. And I especially don't see an issue if it's temporary.

If you're looking to maybe get some 18" wheels or something, used tires are a good option to hold you over for 15k-20k miles. But if you just want some wider 15" wheels, you can obviously buy tires and get wheels whenever funds allow.

I'm just jealous of how cheap 35's are for 15's! My wheels are tires were SO expensive.
