You got spark which means your not getting fuel, have someone turn on the key and lay under the truck and listen for a the fuel pump(s) to hum. If you can hear the humming of the pump(s) then changing your fuel filter would be next, after u get a Chilton Manuel and your still not 100% sure how to change it ask a guy at the parts store.

Remember to let off the pressure from the lines before you change the fuel filter, if that's the route you're taking. Near the intake manifold there should be a little thingy that looks like a nozzle for a bicycle tire. Cover it with a rag and poke it with a Philips screwdriver till it stops hissing.
