fuel filter would be helpful. do you hear the fuel pumps engage when you turn the key on?

On my 90, the fuel filter was literaly a snap to change. It is located on the drivers side frame rail. It has 2 clips that hold it in place. All you have to do is take the clips out, unhook the lines, and watch for gas going everywhere... I know this from experience. However... if you have a different set up, you might need a special tool to get the filter off. I just know how my 90 worked. I would also check the coil. I replaced mine, but that was for performance reasons.

my 94 the fuel filter was also on the frame rail I needed a a special tool to get it off but any auto parts store has them and they are cheap. if you don't have spark check another plug first. if its the coil it is a easy fix a couple of bolts and a few wires that plug into it. I up graded to MSD oil and it was pretty in expensive.

Did it fire before the plug wires and plugs and did u replace the rotor inside the cap ?? The coil is very easy to replace...but I would quit throwing parts at it till you know whats wrong...as stated above check for spark first. May I suggest you go to your local auto parts store and buy a Haynes or Chiltons repair manual for your year truck...it's a big help and cost $15 or $20 bucks.

Check for fuel at rail, check for spark at plugs, check for rotor turning.
