On the best looking tail lights/third brake light that isn't black or smoked.

I got these, they were $50 (on sale) at amazon, they are $60 now though. Been getting 1-2 people a week that say something good about them, not friends just random people.


I've still been trying to find a 3rd light that I like so hope someone pops up with a suggestion on those.

I am interested in this to as I have been thinking about upgrading the tail lights on the 90 F150 to something different.


FLTDriver do you have a pic of those on your truck? Also did you notice any difference in lighting? I am asking because when I upgrade I don't want to loose lighting if anything I want to gain lighting.

I cut out the back of the stock housing and put 6" LED oval lights in. Extremely bright not very hard to do

It's much brighter than it was before, brake lights light up the alley and my reverse lights let me see everything even with no moon.

This is the only one I have now, you can see the side view, will grab one tomorrow and post it for you.

Stock. Never been a fan of euro lights.

X2 for stock. Depends on the truck really but most of the time I like the stock lights better.

I think that's what I'm going to go with. But I'm going to replace them so they aren't faded. I've been having a really hard time finding stock replacement third brake light though. Does anyone know where I can get one? I've looked at Lmc, jcw, rock auto, auto anything, but no luck.

Personally I don't like the tail lights with all the chrome, I was just kinda hoping maybe someone would show me something I haven't seen that's not black.

FLT driver I really like how those tail lights look. Going to have to think about getting some of them. Usually I don't like euro lights but those ones look good.


Matt they have stock third brake lights on LMC towards the end of the catalog.
I am pretty sure they are the same as 99-04 super dutys and 93-not sure when rangers. I know my brother's 96 ranger and our 02 F250 have ones that look like it.
