Still haven't found my problem. Along with the windows not going down or up then the turn signals not working. Put new gem module in but it didn't work. After putting in the gem module my wipers also stoped working and I can't drive the truck unless I start it in neutral. It was suggested that put the old gem back in cause that wouldn't be the problem. After putting the old one back in still have the same problem only now it doesn't stay running because it says low fuel but it has 3/4 of a tank. Took ground wires off both sides of the kick panels cleaned and put back on. Put all new fuses under drivers dash. Ground wire under passengers floor board also good.
Help!

voltage levels at battery, each fuse block and so on. Battery load test and results. Then check voltage drops and resistance of 12vDC/GND cables.

MIght be worth some diagnostic time at a Ford dealer that has the module test SW, as the GEM should throw DTCs.
