Default Looking for suggestions

I have a Eddie Bauer F150, 95 model, 302 engine, fuel injected, auto 4 speed. A very clean, quiet and pretty truck, but I cannot brag about it.
Why,............ Because it wont start!( I suppose I could just sit in the cab, and make engines noises, but...).

I have 40 pounds of fuel press in the injector rail.(jumpered the fuel pump relay)
I have replaced the mas, the ECM, and the pick up in the distributor.

The fuel shut off inertia switch is good,
I have plugged a LED into a injector, and it flashes like I think it should.
I have checked and rechecked every fuse in the dash panel, and in the dist center under the hood.
The truck died in the driveway. It would start, idle at about 400 rpm, the foot feed would not be effective, and then it would die.

Now, it just cranks, but will not start.

Any ideas before I scrap the thing???

I purchased a code reader, and it gives me 111, and 10, Thats it.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

(PS: I have a 49 Studebaker, that will, right now, haul the pants off the ford!)

Drive the Stud, while you figger out the Ford. Watch out for real cold weather, 6-volt starters suck.
