I'm looking to buy new rims/tires for my 93 f150 xl single cab short box. the stock rims were 15's with tires of P235/75R15. I know the bolt pattern is 5x5.5 but I don't know what the stock offset is! I have custom rims now that rub on the control arm when I turn too sharp and its quite the annoyance! so I'd like to figure out the proper offset and invest in some good rims for myself! thanks!

dont know what stock offset is but when i got aftermarket rims i got 15x10s with 4 inches of backspacing which is the same as -38mm offset

Most stock 7.5/8.0 rims have zero offset with 3.75"/4.0" of backspacing.

well I'm looking to put 20'' rims on er and try to go with super wide wheels and super low-pro tires. so I'm wondering if anyone knows a good offset/tire size that won't rub but will go out super wide (I'd like the circumfrence of the tred to be the same as the circumfrence of the stock wheels tred so that it doesn't change my speedometer, unless that's easy to change..)

about how far did the rims stick out past the wheel wells with that set up ?
