Kumho KL71 are BY FAR the cheapest ones i know of, at least here in sweden. And they seem to get good reviews too.

I get all my tires at the junkyard for $16 each. Sure they don't match but so what, it's a work truck. Where else you gonna find 31" tires for $16?

x2 on craigslist. bought 32"x11.5"x15" off craigslist for 275 on wheels and had them put on for me. they are about 85-90% tread. great deal, already has dug me out of a sticky(muddy) situation.
