LMC truck or pick'n pull bone yard. It was one of the differences between the XLT vs XL or plain F-150. It's part of the door panel.

Wierd because the only ones I have seen without pockets were XL's now mine is an XLT and it is all one piece. Maybe different years too? Maybe that was the early half of the 92-96 generation I was thinking of.

Lets see, in the past 2 days I have gotten dual pipes from the first cat back, ran seafoam through the system, flushed my radiator and put in new fluid, and topped off all of the other fluids. Runs amazing now, pics of the new pipes coming soon.

Drove mine to go pick up a check from a job that was finished last week! Nice job on the door panels and dash 96! Curious about the spray paint you used. Made for molded plastic? How long do you expect it to last? Might give this a try sometime. I've got to get some of those door pockets myself.

Not quite sure how long it will last hopefully long time! If prepped and used the right stuff it should last along time! I used tsp to clean them and get of all the old protectant built up on them and then sprayed it with a adhesion promoter, then use krylon satin black paint which Is for plastics and dupli color vinyl and fabric on the vinyl! Sprayed on in 3-4 light coats for no runs and so you don't fill in the texture of the panels.

1 can of dupli color adhesion promoter
3 cans of krylon fusion satin black paint
1 can of dupli color vinyl and fabric

I left mine in a parking lot at the Sprint store because my starter solenoid overheated. I guess it finally gave up the ghost. It's been causing slow and hard starting for a while now. Getting a new solenoid and doubling the positive wire with another 2 gauge today and that should do the trick.
