you simply unbolt the filter box on the intake, should be 3 bolts, pull it off, and cut out the side that was on the bottom, disconnect the snorkel, and put it back in flipped upside down, you increase the intake flow, works best with a high flow filter, i have a spectre in mine, basically K&N without the big name and its half the price (thank you autozone guy who told me that one)
