Took apart my dash. Then cleaned the ac vents (they all work perfectly now), painted the dash around the instrument panel, dash trim, ash tray, and also removed 16 years of ADOT dirt.

I had to tow her home today...lol. My brand new Motorcraft alternator took a sh*t and took out my new battery too...lmao. The joys of owning an old Ford..Jeez!
So much for depending on OEM parts instead of parts house stuff i guess..

You have a long bed and have weight issues? Dang. I don't have weight issues in my ext cab long bed. Didn't think there was that much of a difference.
Also, I'm getting lucky. My parents are so kindly buying a car that I want if I finish with a 3.6 or higher this semester, and I have to give them some cash but it's better than getting rid of the truck for a ricer...

Today I found out what the horrible noise my truck was making was. The fan blades were striking the radiator support due to a loose and failing fan clutch. I thought my transmission was ripping apart internally, so that's a relief. So, I took a trip to my project Ranger, and picked up my electric fan and thermostat kit. I guess I'll be switching all that out today.
