What did you do to your truck today?

I haven't looked for the lower stripe since mine is in pretty decent shape. But I would think someone should be able to make one for a price...
I did see this place online that sells striping templates that may work for the lower stripes: https://www.finessepinstriping.com/ If your handy with a paint brush!

I love this thread...
1. Drove her nice and easy all day...
2. Checked tire tread depth for wear as I’ve increased my air pressure...
3. Fixed a broken seat latch on the he side that kept me from folding it forward...
4. Washed one of my dogs in the back...
5. Drove her to the beer store to blow dry the dog in the back...
6. Bought beer, duh...
7. Hosed her off...
8. Topped off on coolant (don’t know what made me check it, it was low for some reason...
Damn, that’s pretty good for a random Wednesday after work...

So when you said "Topped off on coolant", did you mean beer or antifreeze?!

WOOT!!! new rubber showed up today. This is the second set of retreads I have gotten. I put a set of load range E tires om my F250 last fall and was very happy with the results.
You get more bang for your buck when your buying the heavy duty tires. But there is still a fair saving on these Light Truck tires too.
The tread pattern is what sold me on these. I like the look.

Its a 89. Got it about a week ago. Was Muni owned. I need to do some body work.
But mechanically she is a dream. 4.9 with 106,000 miles on it. maintenance records dating all the way back to 89.
Already found a new cab for it.
Problem is its just suppose to be my get by truck until I get my Power Stroke back on the road.
But I kind of like it. Soooo maybe I have two projects going at once.

Cool...
Man that is awesome.
I’m always amazed at how well these trucks perform and how long the will last when properly maintained.
I would just stick with the basics until you get your regular ride back.
I have a buddy in Arkansas with a ‘67 250.
Who knows how many miles are on that thing. Just basic maintenance.
Good luck with your projects Brother and holler if you need anything...
