Did a couple things today. I finally drilled out the 12, yes 12, rivets out of the plastic air dam on my old front bumper and installed it on my new one using some grade 8 bolts. Couldn't believe they used rivets on that little thing lol

Also got in my new passenger side mirror and installed it. The chrome on my old one was bubbled and rusty and everytime it would rain or have moisture in the mornings it would leave trails of rust down my door.

Finished up minor details after switching out my two front fenders and rad support, in the past few weeks. Just needed to secure the front tire mud flaps, and the bracket from the rad support to the coolant and wiper fluid reservoirs.

Next little project, in the next week, will be to install new plugs and wires, followed at some point, by installing new bulbs behind the dash gauges. I haven't had lights in there for a few years now...lol.

I recently swapped out mine, bought some of these, a lot brighter and crisper than the old style bulb.

Ya, I noticed a bunch of threads on here about people who switched out their lights and installed LEDS. I love the green or the blue. I had bought white incandescent about 5 years ago, and never got around to using them, so I think I'll install those ones...maybe even today. It's a pretty easy job, from what I've seen, so maybe this summer, I'll switch to the nicer LEDs.

I just switched mine out with LEDs a few weeks ago and I found that changing all of them results in some lights staying on all the time, or not coming on at all. So with advice from other forum members, I just left the LEDs for the gages and turn signals, and the others went with the standard incandescent bulbs. Now they all work as they should! Just might save you a bit of aggravation....

Found a front bumper from a 94 F150 at the salvage yard today. Finally! Then I broke a 3rd light from another donor. Zoinks.

Installed new headlights. Cheap ebay or Amazon ones were really CHEAP. These didn't break when installing. Got them from RockAuto. Time to review the ChrisFix Youtube to aim them.

Finally got around to fixing my wiper switch today. Took all of 10 minutes and I wish I'd done it sooner. I followed this guide - https://www.fordf150.net/howto/fix-i...er-problem.php - followed by a pair of new wipers.

Next on the list, I need to replace the gear selector, headlights, oxygen sensor and EGR solenoid.

After i installed the small 8 inch sub the headliner has been driving me insane with it's vibrating, tore out most of the trim in the back to access it and insert a few strips of some memory foam i had laying around, sounds so much better, no buzzing like blown speakers and even seems to sound warmer? Or something, richer ?

Temperature was unseasonably warm so i vacuumed it out and cleaned some too.
