i picked up a bed and bumper today for $100
, the bumper is going on the 250 and the bed is for sale (tailgate and lights im keeping)

believe it or not that damn thing weighs a little over 150 lbs. didn't think it weighed that till i had to unload it.
also i still gotta buy the ranch hand front bumper for somewhere around $800-1,000.
