Yeah, right now it is dumped basically right under the passenger seat, so the cab is ridiculously loud, almost have to drive with the windows down to relieve my ears

Started hush mat today. Also rebuilt the window motor

Pulled the driveshaft out and changed the u-joints, no longer is the truck vibrating at 30-35 mph! 1st picture shows what the new joints look like an the second is why I had to change them.

Got the hush mat done on the passenger door and the roof.... re ran the blue LED's and tightened up all the lines around the interior headliner

pulled my headliner and interior trim in anticipation of my new headliner. cleaned all the interior trip and inside of the cab (used to belong to a smoker....) then put the trim back on. Nice clean red paint roof it's real pleasant.

Well I got the EGR and solenoid today in the mail. So I quickly installed the solenoid and unplugged the battery for 15 or so minutes. Then I went for a long drive. The CEL came back on with in one mile from my house. I didn't have time to check the code, but I assume this didn't solve my problem. I will try the EGR tonight.

I am thinking I am getting low vacuum to the solenoid its self.

I don't even want to drive my truck the smoke here is so bad from all the fires. My truck was overheating yesterday because the air is so hot and smoke filled. It was covered in ash this morning. Fun stuff.

got my new long tube headers, getting prices for the install. anyone have any idea wat it costs to have them put on?
