Okay guy's, I put in the headlight harness with 2 relays from LMC. When I turn on my lights I have low beams, when I hit the dimmer switch on the floor the headlights don't change at all but the high beam light on the dash comes on. Do ya'll think I have a bad relay out of the box?

I hadn't noticed it until I had the front axle out as the rubber bushings hid it.
That was one thing I considered even tho my bracket is only about 3 years old. Its just as tight as the other side but I have to be missing something for it to be clunking like it has been.

I would check the floor switch. They don't do so well after 25 years of stomping on them.

I'd try lifting and lowering it on the hoist and see if the arms have up and down play? If it's under the seats it'd make sense that it has something to do with the radius arms/bushings/mounts.

How long did the swap take you to do?

Holy brake booster, direct swap? That's not a bad idea.
