I plan on cleaning them up nice and putting them on the truck to see how they look normal, after that I will decide whether or not I want to paint them black, because painting them like yours was my original intention.

What type of paint stripper? And did you clear-coat them too?

I used circa 1750 furniture stripper from home depot, It eats the clearcoat better than yhe aviation stripper I bought from the autobody supply.
But don't scratch your nose, I burnt my upper lip with the stuff and had to grow a mustache, to hide the scar.

It was well worth the money I put into it. I figure it was a little over $600 for everything. New deck, 4- 6 1/2" speakers, 4 channel Jensen amp, Jensen mono amp, 2 Rockford punch 8" subs, distribution block, and wiring for everything. Thank God for ebay!
Hell yeah man your's looks nice man

I'll take some measurements because it's been a minute since I made it... and yes they go all the way back, the box is wider at the bottom than the top...
