Well that's the good part. You don't see it anyway! I didn't set out to put a system in this thing. I was just disgusted with the terrible sound quality and it didn't make driving the truck enjoyable. But it really wasn't too expensive. I went with some cheaper stuff, but I did the wiring right. It was well worth the money I put into it. I figure it was a little over $600 for everything. New deck, 4- 6 1/2" speakers, 4 channel Jensen amp, Jensen mono amp, 2 Rockford punch 8" subs, distribution block, and wiring for everything. Thank God for ebay!

Here are 3 of like 10 pictures I will be posting in the next week or two, it's my Flareside with the new Lund Visor installed. It was a non-lighted visor, but instead of putting my cab lights on the cab itself, I put them on the Visor so that if I ever decide I don't want them anymore, or sell the truck, I can simply remove them and not have holes in my cab. Plus it just takes away one more potential risk for rust.

I got both the visor and cab lights for free at the junk yard.. They are OEM cab lights too which makes me even happier. I only installed 4 of the 5 cab lights, because there is a support gap in the center of the visor to make it sturdier, so one of the lights wouldn't fit, plus in my opinion I think 5 looked like too many.

Second picture is the set of wheels I picked up for my Flareside, I've been in love with these wheels ever since I started seeing pictures of them on trucks on this forum. Particularly F150Cam's F250.

Below the wheels are a set of side steps for my '97 F350 Crew Cab. Got them free as well at the junk yard.

Third picture is the new Radiator Support, Front Bumper, and Front Filler Panel for my '97 F350.

Things I haven't taken pictures of yet that I also got for the F350 are a new chrome grill and chrome headlight frames, air box, set of 8 lug wheels, 4 new windows for all 4 of the doors, ashtray ( I don't like having a hole in my dash, I don't smoke. ), and some other misc. items.

Sorry I'm not home to get exact measurements, but I do remember the depth at the bottom. It is 7 1/2". It fit ok for me, but I'm only 5'8" tall, so I don't require the seat to be all the way back. The box doesn't hit at the top at all, but pretty tight at the bottom. Plenty of room for me, though.

I would suggest building or buying a box that's about 6.5-7" deep at the bottom, if possible (for single cab)
