Finally figured out what was rattling in my front end. I've recently replaced ball joints, tie-rod, shocks (4 front), coil springs, and steering box. Truck feels 100% better, but still have a loud rattle I couldn't figure out. Looked around today at the body. Found a couple loose bolts on the bumper, but that didn't seem to fix it. Finally grabbed the intake assembly and moved it around. It was pretty loose and I heard a similar rattle sound. Messed around with it and finally found that the radiator overflow tank was loose where it mounts to the bracket. There is a tab molded into it that slips into a slot. On the opposite side, there is a stud on the bracket that connects with a nut. The tab had some play in it and was causing a rather loud rattle. I took a zip tie, folded it in half, and slipped it behind the tab to make it fit tighter. Went for a drive and the truck feels and sounds near perfect.

There was also a loose mounting screw for the bracket. I tightened that up, as well, so that may have been part of it. I'm just relieved that it wasn't something major. The noise sounded like something more significant.

I didn't see anything in the instructions, but there's no way I supposed to keep the stock blocks in was I? That would seem pretty crazy if RC expects me to stack blocks. I think that one leaf should get me there. One more pic
I did the same thing with my RC 6" lift and my rear end sits a little low too. I wasn't going to stack blocks on my rear end.

However, I am going to install a rear shackle 1.5" lift to get it to sit more level. I can send you the eBay link if you'd like.

But I was wondering, do your 35s rub at all on the front end of your rig? I have the same lift and want to go with 37s but the coopers and 35s look great on your rig.

Thanks man! Yeah, I thought about a shackle flip or a drop shackle myself. May be what I need. But To be honest, I haven't even had the truck on the road yet. Been a little busy with work and the weather around here keeps pushing me back on finishing everything up, but everything looks really clear as far as rubbing goes. I do have a winch bumper that gives me a good extra amount of room, so that may be something you should consider when going 37s. I was pretty nervous that 35s would look small on my truck from pictures of other guys rigs. Looking at it now, I wouldn't go with any another size. Perfect fitment IMO.
