Noticed my MPG has gotten allot better. Had to do allot of pointless running around back and forth and noticed after maybe an hour of stop and go city traffic I only used up 1\8th of my rear tank, where I usually use 1/4.

Also my temp gauge is bouncing rapidly from N to R when the engine idles and jumps when I get up to about 45mph. Either I have an air pocket or the sending unit is about shot.

My temp gauge does the same thing, but it usually just sits outside the line pretty much inactive. I find it only actually is between the lines when I drive the truck hard. Any thoughts what might cause that?

Mine doesn't even work, your not alone. Putting in the aftermarket one soon. Radiator will need a flush by then anyways...

Got the bulky cap off today. Truck drives allot smoother without that 250lbs piece of fiberglass. Got the tonneau cover on too, now it looks like a truck again but damn the winter really took a toll on the rust. Guess that will be a project sometime next month.
