This is the extra hose
Hey guy while replacing some efi vacuum hoses i noticed one hose doesnt have a spot and im wondering if it goes on here and what exactly this is its on a 93 f150 4.9l i4

That is the vapor canister. Fuel vapor from your tanks gets stored in there and the line you have pictured, picks up the vapor and puts it into the intake.

There should be, yes. I'm not sure if it will affect how it works or how much. I do know replacements are ridiculously priced. I've gotten a few out at junkyards.
